The LZS-12,7 and LZS-12,7WLKM Gun Podsare integral systems for suspending on typical pylons of aircraft and helicopters (with fixing system of NATO standard and former Warsaw Pact-e.g. BD3-55M). The Gun Pods can be armed with a 12,7mm Heavy Machine Gun WKM-Bm or 12,7mm Multi-Barrel Machine Gun WLKM-Bm fed by ammunition 12,7 x99 of NATO standard. The Gun Pod is reusable weapon system suspended on the outer racks and rigidly connected with the helicopter or aircraft.

The ZSW-12,7 Remote Controlled Gun Turret with 12,7 HMGWKM-Bm (as an option Multi-Barrel Machine Gun WLKM can be used) firing with NATO standard ammunition 12,7 x99 mm is an effective armament of helicopters (e.g. PZL W-3PL GŁUSZEC). It enables helicopter’s self-defence during all periods of action like stop, take-off and landing. It provides the accurate an effective air support of ground units on the battlefield. The cooperation with the fire control system, including helmet systems of helicopter weapon management (e.g. system ORION),wide range of firing angles in elevation and azimuth and proper guidance rate allow to carry on accurate fire on the distance up to 2000 m.
The ZSW-12,7 is designed for arming helicopters and other aircraft with integral on-board remote-controlled weapons system, including the use of helmet systems of helicopter weapon management (e.g. system ORION).
It enables helicopter’s self-defence and destroying military equipment (e.g. technical one, light armoured military vehicles, targets protected by light terrain covers, aircraft and helicopters at the airport, radar stations, optoelectronic devices etc.) on the ground, water and in the airas well as the manpower at distances up to 2000 m.
The Multi-Barrel Machine Gun WLKM machine gun is an externally driven electric-powered Gatling-style gun fed by 12,7 mm x 99 NATO (.50 BMG) ammunition fixed in a NATO standard M9disintegrating belt. Applying four rotating barrels has achieved a huge rate of fire at the level of 3600 rounds per minute. The WLKM can be used as the armament of the turret of helicopter W-3PL GŁUSZEC and air pod systems as well as land vehicles, vessels and stationary and portable fire assets armament.
The WLKM is intended to combat manpower, ground and airborne targets with different resistant characteristics.
The Light mortar LM-60 K “Commando,” is a development of mortar LM-60D construction. It was designed on demand of special reconnaissance troops. Due to high fire efficiency, great range and accuracy, small weight and high manoeuvrability the light mortar LM-60K provides effective support in all conditions, especially during the battle in urban area and uneven terrain. Steep round track and small size of the mortar in combat position allow to place it in deep cover which makes itdifficult for detection. In mortar gravitational sight and bolt are mounted. The sight allows flat track firingat the distance up to 1300m and the bolt allows firing at fixed or moving firing pin.
The Light Mortar LM-60K 60 mm “Commando” can be used against enemy manpower and enemy’s military devices located on counter slopes, ravines and behind terrain covers.It may be also used to destroy the observation and command posts as well as light fortifications during day and night, in all weather conditions.
